Complete the enclosed registration form, include registration fees, and mail or bring to Temple Baptist Church. Temple is located at 235 Harpersville Road, Newport News, VA 23601. Please register by March 12th so that we can finalize teams and notify players prior to the first practice. We work hard to give players their preferences if they sign up by the deadline.

Registration includes two documents. The first is the Temple Soccer Flyer, and you should keep it for reference. It provides the basics of what you need to know about the league how it runs, and important dates.
The second is the registration form. You complete and provide that to Temple Baptist Church by mail or in person. Those who played the last four seasons should receive a flyer and registration form in the mail this week.
